Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

Our Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) classes focus on how to deal with a situation effectively if it goes to the ground.

This builds a better understanding of various situations and the options for dealing with them.

As a lot of fights go to the ground, MMA is a very important part of our training whether it be for the cage, stand-up fighting or self-defence.

Our students have been competing in Vale Tudo and MMA since 1991.


Kickboxing

Our Muay Thai kickboxing classes teach kickboxing skills and combinations. This provides a great fitness-building, cardiovascular workout. For those who are interested, it can also help them to prepare for tournaments or ring fights. Fighters compete in national kickboxing competitions.

The classes cater for all levels of fitness and experience. Just put on some comfortable clothing (shorts or trackpants) and bring along a towel. If you are interested in sparring, bring a mouth-guard as well.


Ninjutsu

Our ninjutsu classes are run in the traditional format. We teach a range of techniques from a variety of styles, to suit any situation.

There is an option for those who are committed to their training to go through ninja gradings. After each class is a weapons session, where students have the option to learn one of the 34 weapons available at the dojo.

The classes cater for all levels of fitness and experience. Just put on some comfortable clothing (shorts or trackpants) and come on down.
